Your dreams could come true with the Hospital Home Lottery which has now officially launched.
It includes s a 35-hundred square foot, $1.3-million grand prize showhome in Greenbryre along with $50-thousand cash.
Lottery proceeds go to Saskatoon City, Royal University and St. Paul’s Hospital Foundations.
CEO of the City Hospital Foundation, Steve Shannon, says one of his favourite things about the home is what he calls the “COVID shower” because 2 people can be in it while still being 6 feet apart.
Funds for City Hospital will go towards upgrading equipment in their surgical theatres.
RUH is doing the same for their operating rooms, some of which are 40 years old, and St. Paul’s is supporting a lab with a nano sequencer, which allows specialists to perfectly match the blend of anti-rejection medications for kidney transplants.
The early bird prize is a 4-season, 24-hundred square foot cottage at Elk Ridge Estates, and $10-thousand cash.
