Saskatoon Police Patrol officers were sent to a residence in the 100 block of Avenue V North overnight for a female who was threatening self-harm with a knife.
When they got there police say she produced a knife and threatened officers with it. They allege that she moved toward the police and both officers deployed their Conducted Energy Weapons.
She was unharmed but taken to hospital for assessment.
Police say the incident will be reviewed in accordance with Policy.
