For those itching to get outside and play some golf, but aren’t because the local courses aren’t open as of yet, the next best thing is going to an outdoor driving range to get your swings in.
The City of Saskatoon has announced that the driving ranges at Silverwood and Holiday Park are both open now, between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. daily…although those hours are weather dependent. The City adds that opening dates for the Holiday Park, Wildwood and Silverwood tracks will be announced soon. Following is the news release from the City of Saskatoon…..

The driving ranges at Silverwood Golf Course (3503 Kinnear Avenue) and Holiday Park Golf Course (1630 Avenue U South) are now open.
Hours of operation will be 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., daily. Note: Hours are dependent on weather. Please contact Holiday Park or Silverwood for current hours.
Driving Range rates are:
Large Basket (70-75 Balls): $12.00
Medium Basket (40-45 Balls): $8.00
Small Basket (20-25 Balls): $5.00
Season Pass: $440.00 (good for use at both ranges)
Opening dates for Holiday Park, Wildwood and Silverwood golf courses will be announced soon.
