Cosmo Industries has opened its doors today (Wed) to show the public all of the social enterprise projects its participants are involved in.
It will be the facility’s first open house since Covid-19 and will include the grand opening of the renovated Supported Work area. The reno, which improved the environment and accessibility, was part of Cosmo’s building miracles project.
The Open House will include Saskatoon Churchill MLA Lisa Lambert and Minister of Social Services Gene Makowsky who are participating in the tour.

Gryschuk says, “After enduring social isolation for the past couple years as a necessary measure to combat Covid, the individuals with intellectual disabilities in Cosmo’s programs are eager for the public to see how they spend their days at the place known as the Miracle on 34th Street. ”
The tour at the main building begins at 12:45 and masks are optional but not mandatory. The public is asked to use the entrance at #28 34th Street East. There are also tours at the three satellite locations: Acadia, Arlington and Market Mall.
