Six more cameras have been added to Saskatchewan’s highways to help you decide if conditions are good for travelling. The Highways Ministry advises everyone to include the Highway Hotline in their travel plans this holiday season. Minister Jeremy Cockrill says the new cameras supplement the road information which is readily available for travelers. There are now 47 cameras across the province.
Last year Saskatchewan’s Highway Hotline recorded 13-million visits. You can also download the free Highway Hotline app through the App Store or Google Play.
The new camera locations:
Highway 4 at Sask Landing
Highway 1 at Wapella
Highway 9 at Round Lake
Highway 46 Overpass over Highway 1 at Balgonie
