The Saskatoon Police Service has charged a second person in connection to the 2009 homicide of 33-year-old Morgan Doucette. Almost 14 years ago, on November 16th of 2009, police responded to a home in the 400 block of Avenue H South and found the 33year old suffering from stab wounds, and he didn’t survive. The first charge from this homicide investigation was about two weeks ago. On April 12th, officers traveled to Grande Cache, Alberta and charged a 32-year-old man with two counts of first-degree murder for two separate incidents. He was 17 at the time, so his name will not be released.
The second count was from November of 2009, when police responded to the 300 block of Avenue T South and found that two men had been stabbed. A 24 year old man survived, but 22 year old Spencer Whiteman later died.
