Support for adults and youth battling with addictions is becoming more readily available all the time.

One of those facilities, located on the northwest side in Saskatoon, is called Possibilities Recovery Centre. Executive Director Tanner Perratt says the facility has several programs to choose from, each focused on recovering with a holistic approach.

These include an intensive outpatient addiction treatment program for adults, an intensive outpatient mental wellness program for youth, and a youth education and prevention program in Martensville.

Perratt says mental health is just as important as physical health, and implementing that mindset in our youth will make for healthier workplaces, families, and relationships in the future.

To help keep the youth programs free, the recovery centre is having a fundraising golf tournament on September 15th at the Legends Golf Course. Tournament tickets, as well as supper-only tickets are available at possibilitiesrecovery.ca.
