There was a fatal car/semi collision one kilometre south of Swift Current late Wednesday  afternoon.

It happened around 4:45 on Highway 4. The driver of the car, a 23-year-old woman from Swift Current, was declared dead on the scene by paramedics. The semi driver was not injured.

Meantime, Weyburn RCMP were called to a car/semi collision on Highway 33, northwest of Fillmore. The driver of the car has been identified as a 27-year old man from Winnipeg.

Also on Wednesday afternoon, Weyburn RCMP responded to a fatal single vehicle rollover on Highway 35 near Cedoux. A 17-year-old boy from Francis was the vehicle driver.
