It was 32 years ago, September 14th of 1991 that 29-year-old Jean LaChance was last seen in Prince Albert in the 3500 block of 2nd Avenue West. Prince Albert Police says the next day, her body was found in a wooded area south of the Victoria Hospital.

LaChance’s five children continue to look for answers. Sergeant Kathy Edwardsen shares a message from Jean LaChance’s family: “Our family is getting older, specifically our Aunt who has been looking for closure for over 30 years. She hopes to find closure in her lifetime. Please come forward and help the family heal. ” Anyone with information can contact the police or leave an anonymous tip through Crime Stoppers.
