Craik RCMP in conjunction with Saskatchewan Public Safety Agency, have determined that the fatal house fire that took place on Sunday in Davidson was non-suspicious in nature. Autopsies for all five victims are expected to take place in Saskatoon this week.
Craik RCMP and the Davidson Fire Department were called to a house fire around 12:30 p.m. on Sunday on Ottawa Street in the community.
An 80-year-old man and 81-year-old woman were removed from the building and were transported to the Davidson Hospital where they succumbed to their injuries. Emergency crews found the remains of three children after the fire was put out.
