The winner of the $1.6 million grand prize show home in Edgemont Park Estates plus $50,000 cash is Chirag Patel of Prince Albert.

The 50/50 add on cash price was $594,450.00 (Total Revenue was $1,188,900.00) was awarded to Rob Bubnick of Corman Park and the $25,000 membership incentive prize goes to Chris Corbett of Melfort
