The Canadian Press wire service is reporting that the Saskatchewan N-D-P plans to introduce a motion during the spring legislative sitting that, if passed, would reprimand Sask Party cabinet minister Jeremy Cockrill.
That would be in addition to an apology from the Health Minister as demanded by Ethics Critic Meara Conway on Wednesday. Cockrill was found guilty of breaking conflict of interest laws when a company with family ties did business with the province. Conway says the reprimand could come in the form of a censure to show disapproval of Cockrill’s conduct.
