In addition to what has already been announced, Norris says he would appoint a Chief Medical Advisor for the city, name the Mayor as Chief Growth Officer, focus on private sector growth in key areas, advocate for consistent 24/7 Police and Crisis Team coverage, address programming concerns at The Lighthouse, and Launch Saskatoon’s own immigration plan.
