A 38 year old man is facing a fourth charge of sexual assault following an alleged incident with a 16 year old boy. Saskatoon Police say the assault was reported to have happened on March 12th at an acreage southwest of Saskatoon on Hodgson Road. The police investigation suggests Kyle Edward Norman connected with the now 17 year old boy over social media before taking him to the acreage.
Police previously reported that Norman was charged in July of last year with two counts of sexual assault, from separate alleged incidents in September and October of 2019. Following that, Norman was charged a third time from an investigation of an assault that occurred in September of 2019.
Norman is also facing charges of Breach of Conditions and has been remanded into custody. Investigators with the Sex Crime Unit encourage anyone who may be a victim to come forward and report it.
