On Wednesday Saskatchewan RCMP’s Federal and Serious Organized Crime Unit executed a search warrant in the City of Saskatoon.
It was an investigation into an alleged breach of court conditions and the Saskatoon Police Service assisted in executing the search warrant.
RCMP say officers located and seized 25.6 grams of fentanyl, 32.8 grams of methamphetamine, 4.2 grams of cocaine, a sum of Canadian currency, a weapon and drug trafficking paraphernalia.
Forty-nine-year-old Jenna Beamish, 44 year old Mandi Lee McTaggart have been remanded into custody until their next appearance in Saskatoon Provincial Court May 2. Twenty-nine-year-old Dylan Bendall has been remanded into custody until his next appearance in Saskatoon Provincial Court on May 12.
Jenna Beamish of Saskatoon is charged with:
– 2 counts, possession for the purpose of trafficking (fentanyl and methamphetamine), Section 5(2), Controlled Drugs and Substances Act
– 1 count, possession of property obtained by crime less than $5,000, Section 354(1)(a), Criminal Code
– 1 count, unauthorized possession of a firearm/prohibited weapon or restricted weapon, Section 91(3), Criminal Code
– 1 count, fail to comply with release order condition, Section 145(5)(a), Criminal Code
Mandi Lee McTaggart of Saskatoon is charged with:
– 2 counts, possession for the purpose of trafficking (fentanyl and methamphetamine), Section 5(2), Controlled Drugs and Substances Act
– 1 count, possession of property obtained by crime less than $5,000, Section 354(1)(a), Criminal Code
– 1 count, unauthorized possession of a firearm/prohibited weapon or restricted weapon, Section 91(3), Criminal Code
– 1 count, fail to comply with release order condition, Section 145(5)(a), Criminal Code
– 1 count, fail to comply with probation order, Section 733.1(1), Criminal Code
Dylan Bendall of Saskatoon is charged with:
– 2 counts, possession for the purpose of trafficking (fentanyl and methamphetamine), Section 5(2), Controlled Drugs and Substances Act
– 1 count, possession of property obtained by crime less than $5,000, Section 354(1)(a), Criminal Code
– 1 count, unauthorized possession of a firearm/prohibited weapon or restricted weapon, Section 91(3), Criminal Code
