A two-pronged operation resulted in three arrests plus seizure of weapons and drugs (pictured) by the Saskatoon Police Service on Monday.
A Guns and Gangs Unit investigation led to the arrest of two, 15-year-old males in the 400 block of Witney Avenue South. Following those arrests, the Guns and Gangs Unit, with assistance from the S-P-S Tactical Support Unit, executed a search warrant at a residence in the 400 block of Montreal Avenue South where a 24-year-old woman was arrested. She was charged with possession of cocaine and methamphetamine plus breach of probation. She also had outstanding warrants for theft of a motor vehicle and breach of probation. One of the 15-year-old males is charged with unauthorized possession of a firearm, possession of a loaded firearm, unsafe storage of a firearm, carrying a concealed weapon and possession of a firearm contrary to a prohibition order. The other 15-year-old male is charged with two counts of possession of a dangerous weapon, breach of probation and breach of release order.
