The Saskatoon Fire Department says a forklift and an SUV collided around 8 a.m. Friday morning on Boychuck Drive and Slimmons Road.

The SUV was on its side and the driver had to be extracted by firefighters after they stabilized the vehicle.

The extent of the injuries of the driver is unknown and the driver of the forklift was not hurt.
